JB Van Hollen’s list of criminal cases he’s worked on would blow up your server CeeDee. A law enforcement professional as a AUSA, DA and USAtty, he has worked on thousands of prosecutions. The Falk team’s desperate attempt to assert otherwise has been fun to watch though, that’s for sure. The campaign posted a few of the higher profile cases on the website.
Funny, I thought it was odd . . that Fraley didn’t ever — with dozens of posts in the thread below — simply cite the appeals case that I still can’t find on the JB website, either. And I read that Fraley was JB’s “mouthpiece,” so I figured that he had the answer.
As for “raping anyone,” I rather think that no candidate has claimed criminal behavior. We’re talking about criminal cases here, So Far. Can you focus on that and stop thinking about the popups on your computer screen?
1 - No, you can’t have any details about the guy’s claimed experience.
2 - Falk’s enforcement of environmental and consumer protection laws is not law enforcement.
and
3 - Whatever the polls say, the opposite is true.
Good luck with that. And, please note that your refusals to respond to JB’s invented claims about his career would provide a basis for anyone to call the guy a liar in an ad. Thanks for that.
Really, so me not taking your little rants seriously on my little blog would provide the Falk team a legitimate basis to lie in an ad? Interesting take.
Desperate times call for desperate measures I guess.
You wrote How much of the DOJ’s work is prosecuting criminal cases
In the Department of JUSTICE - it has a lot more to do with criminal JUSTICE then it does with sueing cranberry farmers. That would be why the crime lab is under the direction of the DOJ. Of course because we have had a bunch of liberal panderers in the AG office for the last 16 years you may have forgotten that the AG is the TOP COP - not the top environmental/abortion lawyer.
Fraley - anyone can see that what you call my “rant” are straightforward questions that deserve a straightforward answer. And, they can see that if you had an answer, it would be in JB’s interest to give it over.
Which leads to the simple inference that you and JB are lying.
Clint - you’re really going to answer the question of how much criminal trial work the DOJ does BY USING THE ALL CAPS KEY FOR THE WORD JUSTICE?
The fact is that the DOJ are the lawyers for the state and the state has a wide variety of legal work - the vast majority of which JB has zero experience in. That’s real. The fact is that 98% of criminal work is done by DAs.
Your problem is not that you don;’t like the AG, you just don’t like environmental and abortion law - the AG don’t make the law; mebbe JB (or you) oughta run for assembly.
In the meantime JB’s campaign is a fraud; he lies about his experience and lies about what the DOJ does.

Still looking forward to JB’s list. It’s coming soon?

I had two questions you must have missed:
What was the name of JB’s court of appeals case from over a decade ago?
How much of the DOJ’s work is prosecuting criminal cases in the trial court?
And, a third, why does JB keep taking credit for other people’s work, e.g., the Mall Rapist.
I look forward to your answers.
Your Pal,
Bob

That makes sense, so that’s okay. Could you list, anwyay, the appeals case that you talked about but didn’t cite in the thread below? Thanks.

JB hasn’t taken credit for raping anyone. I wouldn’t put it past the Dems to accuse him of it, however.

Cute. At least Fraley’s funny when he dodges obvious questions. The guy is campaigning on work experience that belongs to other people.

Odd, I thought this whole post was funny.

Does it count if she ever told on herself while growing up? I know I did that once.

So Fraley, JB’s campaign amounts to this:
1 - No, you can’t have any details about the guy’s claimed experience.
2 - Falk’s enforcement of environmental and consumer protection laws is not law enforcement.
and
3 - Whatever the polls say, the opposite is true.

Oh yeah, and he is losing.

Fraley, you political hack, you’ve only posted half the complete list!
Do you really think we’re going to fall for that?

WTH!?!?! There’s 2 minutes of my life I can’t get back. Bob - it was a joke and your whining made it funnier - get a life.
